Brief |
Experiential concept store for an emerging brand to be located in Soho, central London in 2043.
Extensive research about customers' behavior, retail trends forecasts, and the future consumers generation to provide the most relevant design solution.
Enhance brand loyalty of existing customers and gain new ones.
Eye-catching exterior to attract passing visitors in the street.
Engaging and interactive design in line with the brand
Response | The concept created is "Unveiled Fluidity", which drawn inspiration from the scents created with local seasonal products. The light and airy interiors encourage the customers to disconnect from any stress, and to re-connect with the simplicity of antique natural beauty routines. Each floor represents an opportunity for the customers to live a unique experience, from creating their own personalised perfumes, skin care consultation to enjoy a drink at the Scents Bar.

Before to dive into the design proposal to make conscious decisions, we researched among other topics, about: the beauty industry trends and current status in the UK, demographics of the Soho districts and future projections, consumers behaviours, the products, history and mission of the company, competitions and the location.
